Job description:

CIS is hiring a QHSE Manager to operate in its affiliate in Mozambique.

Main Tasks


  •  Represent the QHSE in all matters, internally and externally.

  • Promote and ensure the transposition and application of all Group’s policies and strategic provisions.

  • Prepare and submit monthly QHSE reports to the country manager and to the Group director of QHSE & SD, in line with the QHSE Annual Plans requirements.

  • Ensure the reliability and accuracy of all data collected, including key performance indicators.

  • Ensure a risk management approach in all processes at all levels by application of risk awareness, assessment and operational practices 

  • Obtain and keep the integrity of management system certifications in line with the Group’s certification programme and country Organisation’s business strategy.

  • Advise all management on local statutory and regulatory QHSE requirements.

  • Coordinate customer satisfaction and handle all customer complaints and awards.

  • Establish, promote and maintain effective and formal communication and co-ordination between the Client, CIS and other project Contractors.

  •  Drive monitoring and verification programmes (periodic inspections, internal and external audits; internal and external food test plans)

  • Manage incidents and non-conformities (effective investigation and corrective action planning, incident sharings)

  • Foresee document control, record keeping and change management.

  • Monitor the performance of the QHSE team members and provide any support 

  • Drive and coordinate nutrition and wellness activities.

  • Promote and drive initiatives of sustainable development in coordination with local authorities, communities and management.

Required profile:

Education

  • Portuguese is mandatory, proficiency in English
  • Hotel management diploma + Quality, HSE and/or Food Safety certificate
  •  Computer skills of Microsoft Office applications

Experience

  • At least 2 years in a similar position or as a QHSE Site Manager
  • Certifications on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OSHAS 18001 and ISO 22000 
  • Experience working in developing countries. Experience in remote sites would be an added value
  •  Good knowledge of HACCP
  •  Audit and/or inspections experience

Job description:

CIS Is hiring a Senior Business Developer for the Head Office of its affiliate CAC Kazakhstan located in Almaty.

 

Objective:


  • Launch appropriate business actions to identify all present & future potential targets set in different segments: Oil & Gas, Mining and Civil Works, etc.,

  • Establish competitive analysis per segment per countries with appropriate benchmarking assessments,

  • Obtain commercial contracts from its identification to the signature, monitoring each step of the project’s progress,

  • Post mortem diagnosis analysis on non-gained projects.

 

Main responsibilities:

 

Business Intelligence


  • - Source, identify and qualify potential opportunities according to the Group’s strategy

  • - Keep track of all market’s development and opportunities (mainly oil & gas, mining and construction industries)

  • - Monitor competitors

  • - Take part to events (conferences, fairs…) likely to enrich your knowledge of the market

  • - Work in anticipation on calls for tenders, enabling the creation of a network and ensuring the best assets to respond successfully

  • - Ensure all needed contacts with prospects’ qualified representatives (Group’s headquarters, head management…)

 

Commercial prospection


  • - Identify the right contacts to ensure the opportunity to answer to tenders (spontaneous, or after consultation)

  • - Draw up a commercial action plan with the Area Managers

  • - Set up the commercial prospection strategy and follow up the contacted prospects

  • - Identify relevant clients and opportunities

  • - Provide assistance to the Area Managers in identifying and mapping relevant clients, key success factors, financial risks and challenges of each client/ contract

 

Commercial negotiation and proposal follow-up


  • - Analyse customer needs and inform the Sales Support Department (Country/Area) thereof

  • - Take part in the selection of technical products, if required, and negotiate with subcontractors

  • - Obtain the signature of the contracts

  • - Negotiate with clients to identify most adapted offer

  • - Answer to the client’s technical and commercial queries

  • - Contribute to the redaction of clarifications, and their presentation to the clients

 

Development of the Company’s offer


  • - Ensure offer’s credibility through your expertise, developing new services or improving the existing ones
