In order to always satisfy our customers, user satisfaction terminals have been set up on the Oyu Tolgoi site in Mongolia. The terminals are part of a global customer satisfaction program aimed at collecting qualitative customer data to improve the quality of services. The daily results of the 5 terminals are sent electronically to the Customer Management and Support Services in Mongolia (SSM). This gives the customer complete transparency about the performances and opens the possibility of a constructive dialogue.

According to the results of the program measured over a week in Mazaalai, 75% of customers are satisfied or very satisfied with the food offered on site. These data enable the catering team to improve the type of dishes offered according to the tastes and desires of customers, and to diversify the food served.
